  was looking for a General Contractor to add on and restore our old bathroom, to our current home. Chellyanna’s online gallery stood out from the rest. His renovations or rebuilds looked so clean and modern. Just what I was looking for! From the first day I met Yossi, the owner of Chellyanna I knew we would be a good fit. He was on time, straight to the point and answered all my questions. I did not have to worry. And if there was an issue, he corrected it right away. His prices are good and fair for today’s economy. I love my new Master bedroom and bathroom! Rachel, my interior designer was the sweetest. She helped me create my vision for a peaceful space. My children have brand new rooms that they can call their own. I would recommend Chellyanna Contractors to anyone.   We have nothing but positive things to say about Yossi and Chellyanna.   We originally hired Yossi after interviewing a handful of different companies because of his very quick and thorough responses as well as his amazing attention to detail.  Having construction that impacts your home and living situation could be very stressful- however Yossi and his team felt more like family during the project and made the addition a fun adventure for our whole family.

A few things that really stand out for us about Chellyanna-
1) Yossi is an amazing communicator.  He is organized- he sets realistic expectations, and he is proactive vs reactive.  He is everything you would want in a contractor and more.  I can't tell you enough how having Yossi made our lives infinitely better.

2)  Yossi and the Chellyanna team listened to our grand plan and idea wish list and made our dreams a reality.  They never turned down an idea because it was harder to accomplish- and they really worked creatively with us to utilize every sq ft we could!  I am so appreciative of them listening to our needs and helping us make our dreams come true.

3) Yossi and his team were respectful of our home, our family, and our property.  Everyone Yossi utilized for the project showed the utmost respect for us which made a huge difference in our minds.

4) Our project turned out amazing- because Yossi has the best craftsmen.  Everything from our custom vanity- to our tile work- to our shiplap walls with hidden doors- turned out fantastic.  I am so appreciative that Yossi has an eye for detail and uses the best craftsmen to help him on his projects.  It makes a world of difference.

Ultimately, we would hire Yossi and Chellyanna again and again- as well as recommend them to any friends and family.  Yossi and his team made our dreams come true- and again felt more like family!

  My second of two experiences with Chellyanna Contractors.  Both have been great experiences during planning and during actual work completion.  People are responsive, professional and willing t make on-the-fly changes.  Billing follows the agreed to billing schedule and documents are clear, specific and easily identify work scheduled and completed including any agreed to changes.  I've recommended Chellyanna to several friends without hesitation and they have all been very happy with the outcome of their projects.
